Our Team

Jeanna brings 32 years of healthcare experience to the table having spent 23 of those years as a family nurse practitioner.  Her patients love her friendly and relaxed approach that incorporates humor and faith.  She explains health care in terms that are easy for patients to understand.  She prides herself on incorporating health promotion and disease prevention for all of her patients as she feels this is the cornerstone to wellness. One of her favorite quotes is, “Eat to live, not live to eat” ~ Ben Franklin. When not caring for patients, Jeanna enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, gardening, teaching fitness classes and yoga.

 Steve is a registered nurse with 28+ years of healthcare experience, specializing in ER, Trauma, and the Cardiac Cath Lab. Throughout his career, he has been recognized not only for his clinical expertise and calm under pressure but also as an excellent patient advocate—consistently prioritizing compassionate, patient-centered care in high-stress environments. His background in emergency medicine has equipped him with strong critical thinking skills and a deep commitment to supporting patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments.

In addition he enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, and is a Certified Instructor for Stop the Bleed. Which is he largest global provider of bleeding control training and can empower anyone to save a life.

On a personal level, Steve has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 35 years. He treasures time spent with her, their children, their spouses, and their grandchildren. Steve loves the Lord, values his faith, family, and friends, and enjoys being outdoors whenever he can.

Trina has been with Hub City Family Practice since 2018. She has been Jeanna's nurse since 2002, except for a brief stint when Hub City Family Practice was started. She is a 1997 graduate of Franklin County Practical Nursing Program. Trina lives in Fayetteville with her husband Jamie, daughter Kylie and son Bailey. They love animals and have dogs, cats, chickens, fish and a tortoise. Trina's favorite time of the year is Christmas and feels blessed to be a part of Hub City Family Practice.

Kara is a 2021 graduate of the Franklin County Practical Nursing Program and has been at Hub City ever since. She lives in Orrstown, PA and some of her hobbies include reading good books and a more recent one of tending her many houseplants. 

Kara wants to be there for people in their most vulnerable times, and with God’s help, use her nursing as a service to others. 

Brittany joined Hub City Family Practice in January 2020. She has worked in administrative and customer support for the last 12 years.  When she isn't answering the phone at Hub City, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband Darren and their dog Winston in the great outdoors.  She is an avid coffee drinker and book reader, and will always tell you that the book is better than the movie.  Brittany loves words, and she enjoys proofing all of Jeanna's outgoing correspondence. She looks forward to greeting you the next time you visit Hub City.
